When I contact World of Words, when can I expect a response?

Reverie by AG is open 7 days a week for orders, but only open for correspondence Monday – Saturday. I do not respond to emails on Sundays or holidays because I’m spending time with my family. I try my very best to respond to all messages within 48 hours and answer messages on a first come, first served basis, so please be patient. I promise I am responding as fast as I can!

Who is your shipping provider?

The United States Postal Service is my usual mail provider. For US orders, priority mail usually takes 1-3 days, and priority mail express takes 1-2 days. For international orders, priority mail usually takes 6-10 days and priority mail express takes 3-5 days.

I’m only able to extend the same shipping guarantees that USPS offers and their only money-back guarantee is for their priority mail express option.

Do you offer framing options?

I do not currently offer framing for my products. However, I’m happy to share with you where I purchased my float frames pictured in the listing photos!

I need my order as quickly as possible! What are my options?

Please check individual listings for my processing times as it varies depending on the item! For most products, I have a “rush it!” option that you can select before checking out. This is for rush processing ONLY, not rush shipping, and will move you to the front of my order queue. 

Additionally, you can upgrade your shipping at checkout.

If you’re purchasing an item that doesn’t have a “rush it!” option, but you’d like to rush the order, please email me and I’ll be happy to set that up for you!
